Kelly Halbach

Kelly has established herself as a top water color artist in the region and received numerous awards for her work. A member of the National Society of Art, she has been featured in the Houston Chronicle, Bay Area Scene magazine, Life is Good magazine and Galveston’s The Islander magazine.
