I paint with polymer clay. My process is sculptural, two and three dimensional, and completely spontaneous. My work connects me to the inner child, angry teenager, and badder than bad guitar player side of my personality. I learned to create with polymer clay while touring the world as a musician. Polymer clay is as malleable as it is portable and can be fired in a conventional oven. I have developed a command of form that is fluid and absolute; this allows me to both sketch and paint with polymer clay. I place the detritus of the world into each piece using recycled musical instrument parts and accessories. 

My sculptural work is highly musical.
